摘要
目的:分析中医正骨手法联合外固定治疗孟氏骨折小儿患者的效果及对功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2016年3月—2018年3月我院收治80例孟氏骨折患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,各40例。对照组选择常规复位固定治疗,实验组选择中医正骨手法联合外固定治疗,观察比较临床效果和功能恢复情况。结果:实验组的治疗优良率为97.5%(39/40),明显高于对照组的72.5%(29/40)(P<0.05)。术后1周,实验组的VAS评分明显低于对照组,Mackay功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选择中医正骨手法联合外固定治疗孟氏骨折小儿能取得比较显著的效果,能促进骨折有效恢复,同时还能对肢体功能障碍进行缓解,让疼痛程度明显减轻,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone setting combined with external fixation in the treatment of children with Monteggia fractures and the effect of functional recovery. Methods:The 80 children with Monteggia fractures selected in this article were all admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018.They were divided into two groups by a random number table method,the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group;the control group given the conventional reduc-tion and fixation treatment,and the experimental group chosed TCM bone setting combined with external fixation treatment,then observed and compared the clinical effects and functional recovery between two groups. Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.5%(39/40),which was significantly higher than 72.5%(29/40) in the control group(P<0.05).One week after operation,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the Mackay function score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Choosing traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic manipulation combined with external fixation to treat children with Monteggia fractures can achieve significant results,promote effective fracture recovery,and at the same time relieve limb dysfunction,significantly reduce pain,and has clinical promotion value.
