摘要
对兰炭末成浆性能进行了研究,考察了不同磨煤时间、粒度级配、添加剂类型及添加剂浓度等对成浆性能的影响。结果表明:兰炭末可在一定条件下制成兰炭浆,所制兰炭浆热值、黏度等可以达到燃料及气化用水煤浆要求。最优的兰炭浆制备方案为:磨煤时间为42 s时,200 g兰炭试样可达到最优粒度级配,复混819添加剂要优于常规萘磺酸盐添加剂,添加剂复混819的最优添加量为兰炭样干基量1.5%,兰炭浆浓度优选65%,此时热值可达18500 kJ/t,黏度约为600 mPa·s。
The pulping properties of blue-coke are studied.The effects of different grinding time,particle size gradation,additive type and additive concentration on pulping properties are investigated.The results show that the blue-coke can be made into blue-coke slurry under certain conditions,and the calorific value and viscosity of the prepared blue-coke slurry can meet the requirements of fuel and gasification coal water slurry.The optimal preparation scheme of blue carbon slurry is as follows:when the coal grinding time is 42 s,200 g blue-coke sample can achieve the optimal particle size gradation,and the compound 819 additive is better than the conventional naphthalene sulfonate additive.The optimal addition amount of additive compound 819 is 1.5%of blue-coke sample dry basis,and the concentration of blue-coke slurry is preferably 65%.At this time,the calorific value can reach 18500 kJ/t and the viscosity is about 600 mPa·s.
