遮光处理下不同小豆品种花芽分化进程比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 旨在明确8 h遮光处理对不同小豆品种花芽分化进程的差异性。以早熟品种‘白红2号’和中晚熟品种‘冀红9218’为材料,设置8 h光/16 h暗短日处理,处理时间分别为7 d(SD 7)、14 d(SD 14)和21 d(SD 21),研究不同短日照处理下小豆品种的生长特性、花芽分化进程及开花时间的差异性。研究表明,遮光明显降低小豆的株高、茎粗、叶面积和地上部干质量且与遮光时间呈负相关,‘冀红9218’较‘白红2号’降低幅度较大;遮光使小豆开花提前的时间增多,开花促进率增大,且与遮光时间呈正相关,‘冀红9218’较‘白红2号’的开花时间提早较多,开花促进率较大;另外,遮光时间与出苗-开花、开花-成熟时间、开花提早时间和开花促进率均呈显著正相关,并促使小豆基部、中部和顶部花芽分化时间提前且呈现顶部>中部>基部的变化趋势,‘冀红9218’较‘白红2号’对短日照敏感,在3个处理下中部和顶部的花芽分化时间较‘白红2号’提前。以上结果说明,遮光处理通过抑制小豆植株的生长而促使小豆花芽分化时间提前。掌握不同小豆品种花芽分化进程,可为今后小豆花期相遇,加速育种进程和高产栽培提供理论参考。 The objective of this study is to investigate effect of 8 h shading on the difference of flower bud differentiation in different adzuki bean varieties.The early-maturing adzuki bean varieties‘Baihong 2’and‘Jihong 9218’were taken as materials,8 h light/16 h dark short-day treatment was set with the photoperiods of 7 d(SD 7),14 d(SD 14),and 21 d(SD 21),respectively.The difference of growth characteristics,flower bud differentiation and flowering time were studied during different short-day photoperiods.The results showed that shading treatment significantly reduced plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,and shoot dry mass of adzuki beans,and was negatively correlated with time.Compared with‘Baihong 2’,‘Jihong 9218’decreased more.The shading also significantly increased the early-flowering days and the flowering promotion rate when the shading treatment was prolonged.Furthermore,the duration of shading treatment was positively correlated with the time from seedling to flowering,the time from flowering to maturing,the eraly flowering days and flowering promotion rate.Shading accelerated the differentiation of flower buds in the basal,middle,and apical parts of adzuki bean(apical>middle>basal parts).Compared to‘Baihong 2’,‘Jihong 9218’was more sensitive to the short-day photoperiod,the differentiation time of middle and apical flower buds in‘Jihong 9218’was earlier than that in‘Baihong 2’.The results demonstrated that shading treatment could promote flower bud differentiation by inhibiting the growth of adzuki bean plants.Therefore,The flower bud differentiation in different varieties of adzuki beans can provide theoretical reference for cultivating effeciently and accelerate the breeding for high-yielding adzuki bean varieties during flower synchronization of various adzuki beans in the future.
