薪火相传 不负韶华——我国心脏电生理学的发展与成就 被引量:3

摘要 心脏电生理学是心律失常诊断和治疗的主要手段,数代心脏电生理专家攻坚克难,结合中国特色,在技术创新、设备研发和临床实践领域填补了国内多项空白,实现了我国心脏电生理学从诊断到治疗的完美过渡,并成功迈入国际一流行列。目前学科在人才培养、规范诊疗和技术改进方面再接再厉,实现了心脏起搏和消融手术量的持续增长,开创了我国心脏电生理事业的崭新篇章。本文对我国心脏电生理学的发展与成就进行回顾总结,旨在弘扬和继承电生理人艰苦卓绝的奋斗精神。 Cardiac electrophysiology has been the cornerstone of the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias. Over the past decades, generations of electrophysiologists in China have broken through several difficulties, taken Chinese characteristics into account, then made great progress in the technological innovation,devices development and clinical practice in cardiac electrophysiology, which resulted in the successful transition of Chinese electrophysiology from diagnosis to the treatment era, and also made it becoming outstanding on the world stage. Recently, the discipline has been focusing on the personnel training, standardized diagnosis and management of electrophysiological disorders and technology improvement. Therefore, the number of cardiac pacing and ablation operations continues to climb over the past years, which also suggests that a brand new chapter of Chinese cardiac electrophysiology has begun. In this article, we review the development and achievements of cardiac electrophysiology in China, aiming to spread and inherit the hard-working spirit of these excellent electrophysiologists.
