摘要
近年来,聊城市大力开展农药包装废弃物回收处理工作。通过市级制定出台政策办法,县级统筹资金建立乡村三级农药包装废弃物回收体系,形成了一套村级回收、乡镇暂存、县级贮存销毁的农药包装废弃物回收处理工作模式。本文通过对聊城市开展的农药包装废弃物回收处理工作进行总结分析,以期为我国农药包装废弃物回收处理工作的推进提供可参考的经验做法。
In recent years,great efforts have been taken in Liaocheng on the recovery and disposal of pesticide packaging waste.A working mode,collecting at village level,storing temporarily at town level and disposing at county-level,has been formed through the introduction and formulation of policies and measures at the municipal level,and the establishment of a rural three-level pesticide packaging waste recycling system funded by the county government.This paper summarized and analyzed the related practice in Liaocheng City to provide reference for the recycling and disposal of pesticide packaging waste in China.
