摘要
某电厂旋转滤网在投入初期,发生了比较大的故障,几乎是设备报废。后续投入运行三台旋转滤网还没经历恶劣工况考验,能否保证机组安全运行还有待观察。在这里对滤网故障原因、滤网的结构优劣进行分析,为今后对旋转滤网改进维护提供一些有益帮助。
A power plant in the initial stage of the rotary filter,a relatively large failure,almost is scrapped equipment.The subsequent operation of the three rotary filters has not experienced the test of bad working conditions>it remains to be seen whether the safe operation of the unit can be guaranteed.In this paper,the fault reasons of the filter screen and the advantages and disadvantages of the structure of the filter screen are analyzed to provide some useful exploration for the improvement and maintenance of the rotating filter screen in the future.
