摘要
黄芪多糖是多年生草本中药材黄芪的关键免疫活性物质,可以增强抗氧化能力、调控炎症反应、促进细胞稳态、改善免疫系统结构及功能。文章综述黄芪多糖的提取、结构、功能机制以及对水产动物免疫的影响,以期进一步明确黄芪多糖在水产动物饲料中的应用潜力,为开发具免疫增强功能的水产饲料提供参考。
Astragalus polysaccharide is the key immunological active substance of the perennial herb Astragalus medicinal material.It can enhance antioxidant capacity,regulate inflammation,promote cell homeostasis,and improve the structure and function of the immune system.The paper focuses on the extraction,structure and functional mechanism of APS,as well as the effect of APS on the immunity of aquatic animals,with the aim to clarify the application potential of APS in aquatic animal feed and provide a reference for further development of aquatic feed with immune enhancement function.
