摘要
目的探讨临床医学本科骨科实习中基于SuperPATH及Hardinge入路全髋置换的教学创新实践效果。方法2019年1~12月在我院实习的60名临床医学本科实习生为教学对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用基于SuperPATH及Hardinge入路全髋置换技术,以典型病例为例,结合手术视频讲解,手术原理解读,解剖要点回顾;对照组采用传统教学。实习结束后,从创新思维、教学满意度、文献检索能力、操作能力、理论考核成绩五个方面进行考核。结果试验组学生对创新思维(93.5±3.1分vs 82.1±5.6分)、教学满意度(95.5±2.3分vs 86.4±4.2分)、文献检索能力(92.1±4.3分vs 70.6±8.6分)、操作能力(92.3±5.9分vs 72.5±6.2分)均优于对照组(P<0.05);理论考核成绩(88.6±5.5分vs 86.5±6.3分)两组差异无统计学意义。结论在本科临床实习教学中,基于SuperPATH及Hardinge入路全髋置换技术的教学创新实践显示出明显优势,利于激发学生创新潜能,提升学习兴趣,拓宽学生思路。
Objective To investigate the innovative teaching and practice effects in total hip replacement based on SuperPATH and Hardinge approach in clinical orthopedic practice of medical college.Methods A total of 60 clinical medical undergraduate interns admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as teaching objects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.In the experimental group,total hip replacement technology based on SuperPATH and Hardinge approach was adopted.Typical cases were taken as examples,combined with video interpretation,operation principle explanation and anatomical key points review.Conventional teaching was adopted in the control group.After the internship,the students were assessed from five aspects,which were innovative thinking,teaching satisfaction,literature retrieval ability,operation ability and theoretical examination results.Results The students'innovative thinking was(93.5±3.1 vs 82.1±5.6)points,teaching satisfaction was(95.5±2.3 vs 86.4±4.2)points,literature retrieval ability was(92.1±4.3 vs 70.6±8.6)points and operation ability was(92.3±5.9 vs 72.5±6.2)points,in which the experimental group(the former)was totally superior to the control group(the later).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the theoretical examination scores of(88.6±5.5 vs 86.5±6.3)points.Conclusion In the undergraduate clinical interns teaching,the innovative teaching practice of total hip replacement technology based on SuperPATH and Hardinge approach shows obvious advantages,which is beneficial to stimulate students'innovative potential,enhance their interest in learning and broaden their mind.
