摘要
目的探讨和评价微酸性次氯酸水对托幼机构物体表面的消毒效果。方法采用分层随机抽样原则,选取办园条件相近的3家托幼机构做为研究对象,一家为含氯消毒片组,另两家为微酸性次氯酸水组,同时3家均设置清水擦拭组。检测消毒前和消毒0.5 h、2 h后及清水擦拭0.5 h后的细菌菌落总数和大肠菌群,比较不同消毒剂的消毒效果。结果100 mg/L微酸性次氯酸水和250 mg/L含氯消毒剂对物体表面擦拭消毒0.5 h后的检测样品合格率均为100.00%。消毒2 h后,大肠菌群均未检出,细菌菌落总数平均杀灭率分别为99.96%和99.72%(P>0.05);只用清水擦拭各物体表面后的细菌菌落总数平均杀灭率为96.49%,大肠菌群平均检出率为5.88%,样品平均合格率72.06%,均低于2种消毒剂消毒后结果(P<0.05)。结论微酸性次氯酸水与含氯消毒剂具有相似的消毒效果,可适用于托幼机构物体表面的预防性消毒。
Objective To explore and evaluate the disinfection effect of slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water on the surface of objects in nurseries.Methods The principle of stratified random sampling was adopted,and three nurseries with similar conditions were selected as the research objects.One was the chlorine-containing disinfection tablets group,the other two were the slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water group,and all three were set up with water wipe group.The total number of bacterial colonies and coliforms were detected before disinfection,0.5 h and 2 h after disinfection,and 0.5 h after wiping with water,and the disinfection effects of different disinfectants were compared.Results 100 mg/L slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water and 250 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant were used to wipe and disinfect the surface of objects,and the qualified rates of test samples were all 100.00% after 0.5 h.None of the coliforms were detected 2 h after disinfection,and the average killing rates of the total bacterial colonies were 99.96% and 99.72%,respectively(P>0.05).The average killing rate of the total bacterial colonies was 96.49% after only wiping the surface of objects with water.The average detection rate of coliform bacteria was 5.88%,and the average qualified rate of samples was 72.06%,which were all lower than those in two kinds of disinfectants(P<0.05).Conclusion Slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water and chlorine-containing disinfectants have similar disinfection effects,and can be used for preventive disinfection of object surfaces in nurseries.
