摘要
目的探讨慢性悲伤管理干预在阿尔兹海默病患者家庭照顾者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月—2020年12月入住长春市6所三级养老机构的80名阿尔兹海默病患者家庭照顾者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上进行慢性悲伤管理干预。比较干预前后2组家庭照顾者的悲伤程度、生存质量。结果干预后,观察组家庭照顾者悲伤及各维度得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生存质量得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性悲伤管理干预能够有效缓解阿尔兹海默病患者入住养老机构后其家庭照顾者产生的悲伤情绪,从而提高家庭照顾者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of the chronic grief management intervention on family caregivers of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Methods A total of eighty family caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease patients who were admitted to the 6 class A nursing homes for seniors in Changchun from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given a regular health education,while the observation group was given a chronic grief management intervention on the basis of the control group.The degree of sadness and the quality of life of the family caregivers in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of sadness and all the other dimensions of the family caregivers in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The chronic grief management intervention can effectively alleviate the sadness of family caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease patients after they are admitted to nursing homes,thereby improving the quality of life of family caregivers.
