摘要 叶天士辨治温病时注重对淡味配伍的运用。通过全面梳理叶天士著述对淡味的阐述,揭示淡味治疗温病的作用机制,认为淡味不仅渗利湿邪,广泛运用于温病中挟有湿邪的治疗;而且淡味具有通泄气机的作用,从而治疗上焦邪郁气闭者。总结淡味配伍在温病治疗中的具体运用:轻清淡渗宣气、淡渗佐以苦温、淡渗佐以微辛以及芳香淡渗利湿等配伍规律。并揭示运用淡味配伍辨治温病规律,所论主病多在上焦、具体配伍辨别卫气营血层次、体虚挟邪活用轻淡、重视流动气机等。 Ye Tianshi paid attention to the use of bland taste when treating warm diseases.The paper study the rules of the application of bland taste in treating warm diseases,through analyzing the related medical cases of Ye Tianshi.Ye Tianshi thought herbs of bland taste could eliminate dampness which using bland taste in treating damp-heat diseases extensively,but also promote the qi movement,which was suitable for treating qi stagnation of the upper-jiao.The paper summarizes the specific application of bland taste in treating warm diseases as follows:dispersing lung qi with light-bland taste herbs,using bland taste combined with bitter-warm,the application of bland taste combined with light-pungent flavour,and eliminating dampness with aromatic-bland taste.It reveals the laws of bland taste in the differentiation and treatment of warm diseases:bland taste was used cure the diseases of upper-jiao generally,it needed to identify the levels of Wei-Qi-Ying and Xue,used the light-bland taste flexibility when the positive qi became weak,and laid emphasis on promoting the circulation of qi.
