复合正弦筛的物料筛分仿真分析

摘要 为了研究复合正弦筛在工作时的筛分效率、堵塞和磨损情况,使用EDEM离散元软件对原煤进入正弦筛后的物料流动情况进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明物料粘附滚轴是导致堵塞的主要原因之一,筛盘的磨损主要是物料的冲击导致,筛盘磨损也是导致筛分效率变化的原因之一,长条形颗粒的筛分效率最高达到了91%。 In order to study the screening efficiency, blockage and wear of composite sinusoidal screen,EDEM discrete element software was used to simulate and analyze the material flow of raw coal after it enters sinusoidal screen. The simulation results show that the material adhesion roller is one of the main reasons leading to blockage, the wear of the screen plate is mainly caused by the impact of the material, and the wear of the screen plate is also one of the reasons leading to the change of screening efficiency. The maximum screening efficiency of the strip particles reaches 91%.
