摘要
随着社会节奏的不断加快及新冠疫情对全球经济的负面影响,研究生作为国家重点培养的高素质、高文化的尖端人才,面临的各方面压力越来越大,心理健康问题日趋凸显。中西部地区发展相对落后,民族区域文化较为复杂,家庭贫困学生较多,学生出现焦虑、自闭、抑郁等心理问题的情况更为突出。近年来,教育部采取多种方式将"心理育人"提升到战略高度,作为"三全育人"的有力组成部分,号召社会各界关注大学生心理健康。因此,从"三全育人"视角深入探析研究生心理健康现状,开展中西部研究生心理健康状况调查研究,对改善研究生群体的学习和生活质量、提高研究生的科研能力和综合素养、促进研究生成长成才、推动中西部地区的建设和发展具有重要意义。
With the accelerating pace of society and the negative impact of COVID-19 on the global economy,postgraduates,as high-quality,highly educated and advanced talents,are facing increasing pressure from various aspects,and their mental health problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Since the development of the central and western regions in China are relatively slow,the ethnic regions have comparatively more complicated cultures,and there are many students from poor families,psychological problemssuch as anxiety,autism and depression are more prominent among the students from there.In recent years,the Ministry of Education has adopted a variety of methods to promote "psychological education" to a strategic height as a important component of the "Three-dimension ALL-roundEducation",and called on all walks of life to pay attention to the mental health of college students.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the mental health status of postgraduates from the perspective of the "Three-dimension ALL-roundEducation",especially the postgraduates from the central and western regions.It is of great significance to improve the students’ learning environment and living quality,and theiracademic research ability and comprehensive quality so as to have them to promote the construction and development of the central and western regions.
