摘要
该文以职业院校班主任学生管理工作为研究对象,站在管理育人的角度,围绕职业院校班主任学生管理工作方式方法展开探究。首先,对现阶段班主任学生管理工作现状进行了简单介绍;其次,从几个不同的方面深入探究了职业院校班主任各项影响因素;最后,结合素质教育管理改革相关要求、决议,对新时期职业院校班主任工作方式方法进行了详细介绍。希望能够借助以下研究和探讨,对进一步促进职业院校班主任班级管理工作质量的提升具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper takes the student management of class teachers in vocational colleges as the research object,from the perspective of management and education,and explores the ways and methods of student management of class teachers in vocational colleges.Firstly,it briefly introduces the current situation of class teacher’s student management at this stage;secondly,it probes into the influencing factors of class teachers in vocational colleges from several different aspects;finally,combined with the relevant requirements and resolutions of quality education management reform,this paper introduces in detail the working methods of class teachers in vocational colleges in the new period.It is hoped that the following research and discussion can be used for reference to further promote the improvement of the quality of class management of class teachers in vocational colleges.
