高速路网与城市路网连接线智能交通管控设计

Design of Intelligent Traffic Management and Control for Connecting Lines between Motorway Networks and Urban Road Networks

摘要 针对高速路网与城市路网的连接线交通拥堵、车辆无序交织、缺乏管理等问题,以苏州绕城高速公路石湖互通连接线为例,通过智能交通管控改造,缩短了车辆等待时间和平均排队长度,起到了诱导交通、确保行车安全、减少车辆发生事故的重要作用.为高速公路与城市道路交界的智能交通管控改造项目提供了新思路及解决方案. As a separate road system,motorway network and urban road network are connected by means of interflow connecting lines which function as a bridge between integrated transportation networks for internal communications.The accelerated urbanization,however,aggravates traffic congestions and disordered vehicles along connecting lines.The problem is worsened by lack of administration due to the fact that connecting lines are located at junctions of urban roads and motorways.Taking Shihu Interchange Connection Line of Suzhou Surrounding City Motorway as an example,this paper explores a new method for intelligent management and control transformation of motorway and urban road connection lines.
