摘要
应用型民办高校进行差异化教学意义重大。差异化教学应建立一种包括理论课程教学、实践教学环节、课程与实践学分互换机制三个部分的多元课程体系。通过灰色关联度分析该体系,计算得到学生成绩的关联度序列曲线,对比分析学生课程平均成绩,结合学生就业情况与自我超越主动性调查,可知基于该体系的学生成绩、自主学习积极性、学生就业及创业成功率等均有提高。
It is of great significance to carry out differentiated teaching in applied private colleges.A multi-element curriculum system is established,which includes three parts:theoretical curriculum teaching,practical teaching links,curriculum and practical credit exchange mechanism.Based on gray correlation analysis,the correlation sequence curve of student s performance is calculated,and the average score of student s curriculum is compared and analyzed.Combined with the investigation of student s employment status and self-surpass initiative,it can be seen that the student s performance and self-study enthusiasm are improved after the teaching reform,with a positive effect on student s employment rate and entrepreneurship.
