摘要
某水电厂经红外热成像检测发现线路闸刀B相出线座过热,通过对线路闸刀导电回路电阻测试情况和出线座内部结构进行分析,推测引起过热的原因为出线座与导电杆上抱箍的连接部位接触不良。对缺陷进行了处理,并对闸刀的运行维护提出了建议。
In a hydroelectric power plant,it was detected by infrared thermal imaging that the line switch knife B-phase outlet base was overheated.By analyzing the resistance test of the conductive loop of the line knife and the internal structure of the outlet base,it is speculated that the cause of overheating is the poor contact between the outlet socket and the hoop on the conductive rod.The defects were dealt with,and suggestions were put forward for the operation and maintenance of the knife.
