摘要
将办公建筑屋顶建设为具有康养功效的花园,不仅激活了屋顶空间,也为城市办公青年群体提供了亲近自然、疗愈自我的空间。为了促进国内康养型城市屋顶花园设计模型形成与完善,归纳总结了当前康养景观中广泛存在的疗愈因素以及景观要素构成,梳理了城市青年群体特征及愈疗需求,指出城市青年作为社会发展的中坚力量,其疗愈诉求亟需得到重视,并通过分析两个相关的国外实例,得出了疗愈空间的营造、体验者的需求满足和园艺疗法的融入方面的经验,总结提炼出了四方面的设计途径:营造安全宜人的边界;满足青年多层次的疗愈需求;为自发性活动提供多样可能;建立多感官体验的园艺景观,以期为设计面向城市青年群体的康养屋顶花园提供参考。
Once the roof of the office buildings is constructed as a garden with health and nourishment effect,it not only activates the roof space,but also provides a space for urban office youth to get close to nature and heal themselves.In order to promote the formation and improvement of the rehabilitation urban garden design models,this paper summarized the widely existing healing factors and landscape elements in the current rehabilitation gardens,and the pathological characteristics of sub-health of urban youth and their healing needs.In order to provide reference for the design of the rehabilitation gardens for the sub-healthy youth in the city,this paper puts forward four points of view:creating a safe and pleasant boundary,meeting the multi-level healing needs of the youth,providing various possibilities for spontaneous activities,and establishing multi-sensory experience of the horticultural landscape by analyzing two relevant foreign examples.
