海南西部土壤和水稻中铜和硒含量现状评价

摘要 以海南西部水稻土壤和水稻为研究对象,分析土壤和水稻(秸秆和精米)中铜和硒的含量及其影响因素。结果表明,研究区内土壤铜的含量较低,为15.75 mg/kg,土壤硒含量丰富(0.39 mg/kg),其含量分布主要与成土母质关系紧密;水稻硒和铜的含量与相应土壤中的元素含量的相关性不高,水稻精米硒含量与相应秸秆硒的含量相关性较高,而水稻精米铜含量与秸秆铜含量无明显相关性,水稻精米的硒和铜元素含量主要受自身的调节作用影响,海南西部地区的水稻铜生态风险较低,适于发展富硒水稻产业。 The paddy soil and rice(straw and milled rice)in the west part of Hainan were collected to determine their copper(Cu)and selenium(Se)contents to analyze the distribution characteristics of Cu and Se in the soil-rice system in the western part of Hainan.The results showed that the paddy soil in the western part of Hainan contains low Cu(15.75 mg·kg^(-1))and high Se(0.39 mg·kg^(-1)),the spatial distribution of which is closely related mainly with the soil parent materials.The contents of Cu and Se in the rice(straw and milled rice)are not significantly correlated with those in the soil.The Se content in the milled rice is obviously correlated with that in the straw,and the Cu content in the milled rice is not obviously correlated with that in the straw.The Se and Cu contents in the milled rice are mainly regulated within the rice.The rice in the western part of Hainan has a low ecological risk of Cu,and can hence be developed into that with high Se.
