摘要
基础建设条件对于土地整治项目的开展起到至关重要的作用,对项目规划设计和工程施工也起到极大的指导性。分析了陕北榆林市定边县盐场堡镇贾圈土地整治项目的土壤现状条件、灌溉条件、道路设施条件、生态林网条件以及农业生产与产出条件,提出并针对性地实施了具有区域特点的土地整治、灌溉与排水、田间道路以及农田防护与生态环境保持等四大主体工程,极大地改善了项目区生产条件和耕地质量,可为土地整治项目的有效开展提供参考。
The land improvement project is an important means and method with the main purpose of increasing the area of arable land and increasing the productivity of arable land,and has made an important contribution to achieving the balance of the total arable land in China.Infrastructure construction conditions play a vital role in the development of land remediation projects,and have great guidance for project planning,design and construction.Through the construction of the Jiaquan Land Remediation Project in Yanchangbao Town,Dingbian County,Yulin City,Northern Shaanxi Province,the current soil conditions,irrigation conditions,road facilities,ecological forest network conditions,and agricultural production and output conditions are analyzed.Land remediation,irrigation and drainage,field roads,farmland protection and ecological environment maintenance with regional characteristics are implemented.The four major projects have greatly improved production conditions and the quality of cultivated land in the project area,in order to provide the necessary reference for the effective development of land improvement projects.
