近视激光手术LASEK与Smile的优劣分析 被引量:3

Analysis on the Strengths and Weaknesses of LASEK and SMILE Myopia Laser Surgery

摘要 目的从不同方面比较近视激光手术LASEK手术与全飞秒Smile手术的优势与劣势,从而更好指导从军人员术前对手术的选择。方法选取自2017年1月~2019年6月在行两种近视激光矫正手术的近视患者100例,其中行LASEK手术者46例(90眼),行Smile手术者54例(106眼)。患者均为男性,年龄18~20岁,近视屈光度-2.00D~-6.00D,散光-3.50D以下。术后随访半年,分别对两种不同手术方式术后的视力恢复时间、激素使用时间、眼表疾病指数(ocular surface disease index,OSDI)、手术费用、首次手术失败率进行比较。结果两种手术方式各有优劣势。其中:行Smile手术者在术后裸眼视力恢复快、术后激素使用时间短等方面占优势;行LASEK手术者在总体手术费用低、无首次手术失败率等方面占优势。两种手术者眼表疾病指数(OSDI)调查评分在术后1月比较差异有统计学意义(<0.05)、而术后3月及术后6月比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种手术方式各有优劣,相对而言,对中低度近视患者而言LASEK手术更具有选择优势。 Objectives:To compare the pros and cons of LASEK surgery and full femtosecond SMILE surgery in terms of different aspects in order to offer improved guidance for military personnel in the selection before surgery.Methodology:A total of 100 myopia patients were selected who underwent two types of myopia laser correction surgery from January 2017 to June 2019.Among them,46 patients(90 eyes)underwent LASEK surgery and 54 patients underwent SMILE surgery(106 eyes).All are males,aged 18-20,with myopia diopter-2.00D~-6.00D,astigmatism below-3.50D.The postoperative follow-up was conducted for half a year,and the visual recovery time,length of hormone therapy,ocular surface disease index(OSDI),operation cost,and first operation failure rate of the two different surgical methods were compared.Results:Both surgical methods have their advantages and disadvantages.Among them:SMILE surgery has an advantage in the quick recovery of postoperative naked vision and short length of postoperative hormone therapy;LASEK surgery has an advantage in terms of overall low surgical cost and no failure rate of the first operation.There was a statistically significant difference between the two ocular surface disease index(OSDI)survey scores in the first month after surgery(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison between the three and six months after the surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:The two surgical methods have their respective strengths and weaknesses.Relatively speaking,LASEK surgery is more desirable for patients with moderate to low myopia.
