摘要
目的研究锌指蛋白139 (ZNF139)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌原发灶和区域淋巴结转移灶中的表达差异及其临床意义。方法选择2019年2月至2020年8月在西安市长安区医院就诊的78例胃癌患者,共分离出78份癌组织和42份转移淋巴结组织,记录患者临床病理学特征。通过免疫组化法检测患者原发灶和区域淋巴结转移灶中ZNF139、VEGF表达率,采用Spearman相关性分析原发灶中ZNF139、VEGF表达与临床病理学特征的关系。结果胃癌区域淋巴结转移灶ZNF139和VEGF表达率分别为78.57%、73.81%,明显高于其原发灶表达率的53.85%、50.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌患者原发灶中ZNF139、VEGF表达率在不同肿瘤分化度、不同TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移患者间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Spearman相关性分析结果显示,胃癌患者原发灶中ZNF139、VEGF表达阳性率与肿瘤低分化、TNM高分期、淋巴结转移发生呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 ZNF139、VEGF在区域淋巴结转移灶表达水平较原发灶高,两者表达水平与胃癌病情进展密切相关。
Objective To study the expression difference of zinc finger protein 139(ZNF139) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in primary gastric cancer and regional lymph node metastasis and its clinical significance. Methods From February 2019 to August 2020, 78 patients with gastric cancer were selected from Chang’an District Hospital of Xi’an City. A total of 78 cancer tissues and 42 metastatic lymph node tissues were isolated, and the clinicopathological features of the patients were recorded. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression rates of ZNF139 and VEGF in patients’ primary focus and regional lymph node metastasis. The relationship between the expression of ZNF139 and VEGF in primary focus and clinicopathological features was analyzed through Spearman correlation analysis. Results The expression rates of ZNF139 and VEGF in regional lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer were 78.57% and 73.81%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 53.85% and 50.00% in primary focus(P<0.05). The expression rates of ZNF139 and VEGF in the primary focus of gastric cancer patients were significantly different among patients with different tumor differentiation, different TNM stages, and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the positive rate of ZNF139 and VEGF expression in primary focus of gastric cancer patients was positively correlated with low differentiation of tumor, high TNM stage, and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression level of ZNF139 and VEGF in regional lymph node metastasis is higher than that in primary lymph node metastasis, which is closely related to the progression of gastric cancer.
