摘要
目的探究手术室整体护理对高龄腹腔镜手术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2020年11月于赣南医学院第二附属医院行腹腔镜手术治疗的高龄患者60例为研究对象,依据手术序号单双数分组,单数组30例予以传统手术室护理,双数组30例予以手术室整体护理对比2组护理效果。结果护理后双数组患者HAMA、HAMD评分低于单数组(P<0.05);双数组患者生活质量评分高于单数组(P<0.05);双数组满意度评分高于单数组(P<0.05)。结论于腹腔镜手术治疗期间联合手术室整体护理,利于改善高龄患者心理状况,提升生活质量,患者满意度高。
Objective To explore the effect of operating room holistic nursing in laparoscopic surgery on elderly patients'psychological state and quality of life.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the operation number,they were divided into odd and even groups.Thirty cases in the odd group were given traditional operating room nursing,and 30 cases in the even group were given operating room holistic nursing.Results After nursing,HAMA and HAMD self-scores of patients in the even group were lower than those in the singular group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the dual group was higher than that in the singular group(P<0.05).The mean of satisfactory total scores in the even group was higher than that in the odd group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of laparoscopic surgery combined with holistic nursing in the operating room,it can improve the psychological status of elderly patients,improve the quality of life,and improve the satisfaction and recognition of patients.
