摘要
国内关于新型研发机构的研究从2000年之后逐渐受到政府、企业以及学者们的重视。学者们对新型研发机构管理相关议题进行了深入的探讨,为了更深入了解这方面的内涵,文章以2012-2020年国内关于新型研发机构的305篇研究文献为样本,使用CiteSpace可视化软件,对发文数量、作者、机构、关键词和主题等方面进行文献计量分析,在此基础上对国内新型研发机构的研究现状进行评估与综述。结果表明:有关新型研发机构研究发文量整体呈增长趋势,围绕新型研发机构的基本性质、体制机制、协同创新、科技成果转化、政策背景等开展了丰富的研究,但是尚未形成完整的理论框架,基于此问题,对相关成果进行梳理,对未来研究方向进行展望。
Researches on new R&D institutions in China have received attention from the government,enterprises,and scholars since the year of 2000.Management scholars have deeply explored the topics related to the management of new R&D institutions.In order to deeply understand this topic,this paper takes 305 papers on new R&D institutions that have been published from 2012 to 2020 as the research object,and adopts CiteSpace visualization software to conduct bibliometric analysis.The papers are classified by the number of papers,authors,institutions,key words and major topics,then conduct literature review on new R&D institutions.The results show that:(1)the number of publications on new R&D institutions increases in recent years in general;(2)the researches surrounding the nature of the institutions,system and mechanism,collaborative innovation,transformation of sci-tech achievements,policy background of new R&D institutions are very rich but they have not formed a complete theoretical framework.In view of this problem,this paper sorts out the research achievements in new R&D institutions and prospects the future research directions.
