摘要
针对阳极铜浇铸过程中产生的废铜模处理问题,通过对竖炉操作及设备的改造,在不影响竖炉使用寿命及现场作业的情况下,实现了竖炉对废旧铜模的处理,减少了废旧铜模的中转及固定式反射炉的处理成本,节约了处理费用。
Aiming at the treatment of waste copper mold produced in the process of anode copper casting,the shaft furnace operation and equipment were modified simply.Without affecting the service life of shaft furnace and field operation,the shaft furnace treatment of waste copper mold was realized,which reduced the transfer of waste copper mold and the treatment cost of fixed reverberatory furnace,and saved the treatment cost.
