摘要
纳米SiO_(2)由于其较高的比表面积,会与原油乳状液作用,改变原油乳状液的乳化能力,本文通过室内实验分析纳米SiO_(2)对表面活性剂溶液乳化性能的影响,研究结果表明,原油中加入表面活性剂形成乳状液后,黏度会随之增大,不同类型表面活性剂对黏度的影响存在差异;当温度较低时,乳状液中液相的尺寸较小,数量较多,乳化比较严重;而加入纳米SiO_(2)后,乳状液中的液滴在较高的温度下仍然能够保持较好的乳化能力,大幅度的增加表面活性剂乳状液的稳定性。
Due to its high specific surface area, nanosilica will interact with crude oil emulsion, which will change the emulsifying ability of crude oil emulsion. When surfactant was added into crude oil to form emulsion, the viscosity weuld increase, and the influence of different types of surfactant on the viscosity was different. When the temperature was low, the size of liquid phase in the emulsion was small, the number was large, and the emulsification was serious. When nano silica is added, the droplets in the emulsion can still maintain good emulsifying ability at higher temperature. The stability of surfactant emulsion was significantly increased.
