摘要
当前我国甜菜病害研究主要集中于真菌和病毒性病害,在2020年甜菜田间病害调查中观察到部分叶部和根部病害使用杀真菌药剂后未起到很好的防效,疑似存在细菌性病害。查阅文献表明国外近年已经关注甜菜细菌性病害,尤其在甜菜根腐和窖腐中,细菌性病原起到重要作用。笔者在实验室对病样检测时也分离到细菌性病原,表明细菌性病原对甜菜生产存在一定的危害,不能忽视。目前国内外报道的细菌性病害有:细菌性叶斑病、斑点病、尾腐病、根腐病、瘿瘤病、根癌病、黄萎病以及橡胶直根病。本文对国内外甜菜细菌性病害的种类、病原物、发病规律以及综合防治方法等进行综述,并对当前研究中存在的问题进行了讨论,提出未来甜菜细菌性病害研究的展望,建议加强针对甜菜细菌性病害的种子处理、病害调查、细菌分离和鉴定以及生物防治手段等方面的研究,希望可以引起大家对甜菜细菌性病害的关注,最终能有效地防控田间的甜菜细菌性病害。
The research on sugar beet diseases have been mainly focused on fungal and viral diseases in China.In 2020,we observed in a field investigation that symptomatic leaves and roots were not able to reduce after the treatment of fungicide,and we suspected them as bacterial diseases.Sugar beet bacterial diseases were gaining increasing attention abroad in recent years,in which sugar beet root rot and storage rot were especially important.The author successfully isolated pathogenetic bacterial colonies in laboratory and verified their non-negligible damage in sugar beet production.Recently,common bacterial diseases reported include bacterial leaf spot,bacterial blight,bacterial vascular necrosis,root rot,crown gall,yellow wilt and rubbery taproot.In this paper,we reviewed the occurrence and pathogen species,regularity and integrated control of bacterial diseases in sugar beet.The existing problems of current study were analyzed,and expectation of future research was proposed.We suggest to strengthen the research on seed treatment,disease investigation,bacterial isolation and identification,and biological control methods for bacterial diseases.We hope to raise the concerns for sugar beet bacterial diseases and contribute to effective prevention in the field eventually.
