摘要
目前直流配电网电压等级序列的制订未充分考虑到对交流系统的兼容性以及可再生能源的接入便捷性,为此,开展面向可再生能源接入与融通供电的城市直流配电网电压等级序列的研究。首先,基于融通型城市直流配电网的典型场景,提出直流配电电压序列构建方法;其次,采用自下而上的电压等级构建方法,考虑电缆改造和器件耐压水平的影响,基于几何均值法和工程实际,确定中低压直流电压序列备选集;再次,结合电动汽车充电桩的市场调研和发展趋势,确定兼容低压交流系统和可再生能源接入的低压直流电压序列;然后,考虑系统经济性、供电能力和适应性,建立中压电压等级的综合评价最优模型,利用模糊综合评估方法,求解得到优选的中压直流配电电压等级,并通过技术成熟度进行验证,形成±0.048 kV/0.19 kV/0.38 kV/0.75 kV/1.5 kV/10 kV的城市中低压直流配电网电压等级序列;最后对所提电压等级序列的合理性进行校验,推荐±0.048 kV/0.19 kV/0.38 kV/0.75 kV/1.5kV/10 kV作为城市中低压直流电压等级序列。
At present,the formulation of voltage sequences for DC distribution networks lacks full consideration of the compatibility with the AC system and convenient access of renewable energy.Therefore,this paper studies the voltage level sequences of urban DC distribution network considering renewable energy access and power supply accommodation.Firstly,it proposes a method for constructing the DC distribution voltage sequences based on a typical scenario of a harmonious urban DC distribution network.Secondly,by using a bottom-up voltage level construction method and considering the effect of cable modification and withstand voltage level of the devices,it determines the alternative sets of medium-low-voltage DC voltage sequences on the basis of geometric mean value and engineering practices.Furthermore,combined with market research and development trends of electric vehicle charging piles,a low-voltage DC voltage sequence compatible with low-voltage AC system and renewable energy access is determined.Considering the economy,power supply capacity and adaptability,an optimal model for comprehensive evaluation of medium-voltage level is established,and the optimal medium-voltage DC distribution voltage level is solved by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and verified by technology readiness level(TRL),forming the urban medium-low-oltage sequences as±0.048 kV/0.19 kV/0.38 kV/0.75 kV/1.5 kV/10 kV.Finally,the rationality of the proposed voltage level sequence is validated by reasonable constraint.
