摘要
目的:了解高年级医学生焦虑水平、公正世界信念和积极心理资本之间的关系,为医学生心理健康研究提供科学依据。方法:采用焦虑自评量表、公正世界信念量表和积极心理资本问卷对赣州市某高校大四医学生进行问卷调查。结果:共得到684份有效问卷。19.30%的高年级医学生处于焦虑状态;不同性别、生源地的高年级医学生焦虑自评量表总分比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);高年级医学生焦虑水平与公正世界信念(r=-0.343,P<0.01)和积极心理资本(r=-0.410,P<0.01)呈负相关;高年级医学生公正世界信念在积极心理资本和焦虑水平之间起部分中介作用。结论:积极心理资本有利于缓解高年级医学生的焦虑情绪,同时还可通过提升公正世界信念感来降低医学生的焦虑水平。
Objective:To explore the relationship among anxiety,belief in a just world and positive psychological capital in senior medical students,and to provide references for carrying out research on mental health for medical students.Methods:The senior medical students in a university in Ganzhou were investigated with the self-rating anxiety scale,general belief in a just world scale and positive psycap questionnaire.Results:A total of 684 valid questionnaires were obtained.The prevalence of anxiety in senior medical students was 19.30%and there was no statistical significance in the total scores of self-rating anxiety scale of senior medical students of different genders and places of student source(P>0.05).The anxiety of senior medical students was negatively correlated with belief in a just world(r=-0.343,P<0.01)and positive psychological capital(r=-0.410,P<0.01).The belief in a just world played a partial mediating role between positive psychological capital and anxiety among senior medical students.Conclusion:Positive psychological capital can alleviate the anxiety of senior medical students,and it can also decrease the level of anxiety of senior medical students by increasing the level of belief in a just world.
