摘要
目的:比较分析儿童腺病毒(ADV)肺炎急性期患儿血清中白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度水平变化情况及临床意义。方法:随机选取2018年1月-2020年12月确诊为儿童ADV肺炎急性期的60例患儿为研究组,根据心肌损伤评定标准的测定结果为两组,其中合并心肌损伤患儿为A组30例,无合并心肌损伤患儿为B组30例;同期随机选取60例健康儿童为对照组。检测并比较分析各组外周血清的IL-6、IFN-γ和hs-CRP浓度水平变化情况。结果:研究组外周血清IL-6、IFN-γ和hs-CRP浓度水均高于对照组,研究组外周血清IL-10浓度水低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组外周血清IL-6、IFN-γ和hs-CRP浓度水平均高于B组,A组外周血清IL-10浓度水低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童ADV肺炎急性期存在明显的炎症反应,合并心肌损伤患儿肺部炎症反应更为严重,IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ和hs-CRP可作为预测儿童ADV肺炎急性期合并心肌损伤的重要指标。
Objective:To compare and analyze the changes of the serum levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10,interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in children with childhood adenovirus(ADV)pneumonia in the acute phase and clinical significance.Method:The study group was randomly selected 60 children diagnosed with acute childhood ADV pneumonia from January 2018 to December 2020.According to the measurement results of myocardial injury evaluation criteria,there were divided into two groups,which was 30 children with myocardial injury in group A,and 30 children without myocardial injury in group B.60 healthy children are randomly selected as the control group during the same period.The changes of IL-6,IFN-γand hs-CRP levels in peripheral serum of each group were detected and compared and analyzed.Result:The peripheral serum IL-6,IFN-γ,and hs-CRP concentrations of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the peripheral serum IL-10 concentrations of the study group were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The peripheral serum IL-6,IFN-γ,and hs-CRP concentrations in group A were higher than those in group B,and peripheral serum IL-10 concentration in group A was lower than that in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with ADV pneumonia have obvious inflammation in the acute stage,and children with myocardial injury have more severe lung inflammation.IL-6,IL-10,IFN-γand hs-CRP can be used as important indicators to predict children with ADV pneumonia in the acute stage with myocardial injury.
