摘要
目的:探究艾灸配合热姜片穴位贴敷缓解乳腺癌术后化疗呕吐的临床效果。方法:研究对象为2019年4月-2020年11月接受化疗治疗的乳腺癌患者68例,所有患者均采用表柔比星+环磷酰胺的化疗方案治疗,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组采用多拉司琼进行止呕,观察组则在对照组基础上,加用艾灸配合热姜片穴位敷贴的方式进行止呕,对比两组治疗1、2、3 d时的呕吐反应情况,并对比两组治疗1、3 d时的中文版化疗致恶心呕吐及干呕评价量表(R-INVR)评分情况。结果:观察组治疗1、2、3 d时呕吐反应逐渐减轻,对照组治疗1、2、3 d时呕吐反应逐渐加重,两组组内各时期对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗1 d时的总有效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2、3 d时总有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗1 d时的R-INVR评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3 d时观察组恶心、呕吐、干呕的评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸配合热姜片穴位贴敷能够有效缓解乳腺癌术后化疗患者的呕吐反应,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint application of hot ginger tablet in alleviating chemotherapy vomiting after breast cancer surgery.Method:A total of 68 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy from April 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the objects,all patients were treated with Epirubicin + Cyclophosphamide chemotherapy.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dorasetron,the observation group was treated with Moxibustion combined with acupoint application of hot ginger on the basis of the control group.The vomiting reactions on 1,2 and 3 d after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the scores of Chinese version of chemotherapy induced nausea,vomiting and retching scale (R-INVR) on 1 and 3 d after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The vomiting reaction of the observation group was gradually alleviated on 1,2 and 3 d after treatment,and the vomiting reaction of the control group was gradually aggravated on 1,2 and 3 d after treatment,and the comparison data of each period in the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the total effective rate of the two groups on 1 d of treatment (P>0.05),but there were statistical differences in the total effective rate of the two groups on 2 and 3 d of treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in R-INVR score between the two groups on the 1 d of treatment (P>0.05),and the scores of nausea,vomiting and retching in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on 3 d of treatment,with statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with acupoint application of hot ginger tablet can effectively relieve vomiting reaction of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
