摘要
新时代背景下高职院校劳动教育工作的开展不仅仅是组织单一的劳动教育课程及活动,还要在高职院校其他各项教育工作以及活动中不断渗透劳动教育理念,将劳动教育与高职院校学生的学习与生活紧密结合,不断增强学生的劳动意识,提升其对劳动知识以及劳动技巧的掌握水平。部分高职院校在劳动教育工作开展过程中,存在劳动教育形式单一、劳动教育理念落后和劳动教育特色不明显等问题,对于我国高职院校学生劳动教育工作质量与水平的提升产生了一定的消极影响。因此高职院校需要不断加强劳动教育共同体建设,充分运用现有劳动教育资源,制定符合本校实际的劳动教育方案,丰富劳动教育方式,以提升我国高职院校学生的劳动素养。
Under the background of the new era,the development of labor education in higher vocational colleges is not only to organize a single labor education course and activity,but also to continuously infiltrate the concept of labor education in other education work and activities in higher vocational colleges.It is closely integrated with the study and life of students in higher vocational colleges,enhance labor awareness and continuously improves students'mastery of labor knowledge and labor skills.In the actual process of labor education in higher vocational colleges,some higher vocational colleges have some problems,such as single form of labor education,backward concept of labor education and no obvious characteristics of labor education,which have a negative impact on the quality and level of labor education in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,higher vocational colleges need to constantly strengthen the construction of labor education community,make full use of existing labor education resources,enrich labor education methods,formulate labor education programs in line with the actual situation of our school,and improve the labor quality of students in higher vocational colleges.
