摘要
基层党组织作为党在社会基层组织的战斗堡垒,是党领导社会各阶层实现中国梦及社会主义现代化的有力抓手。高质量的基层党建将对实现双一流高校建设、教育行业深化改革、高校治理能力现代化等多方面起关键引领作用,是高校培养人才办好中国特色社会主义大学的根本保障。结合当前高校基层党组织在教学育人、治理能力、教务管理中作用发挥现状,普遍呈现师生党支部衔接不畅、党建与人才培养工作脱钩、党建保障机制不健全等发展困境。面对基层党建作用式微的局面,需积极探寻新时代党建工作的改革路径。
Party organizations at the grassroots level,as the Party's fighting fortress in the grassroots organization of society,is an important starting point for the Party to lead all strata of society to realize the China Dream and socialist modernization.High-quality grassroots Party building will play a key leading role in realizing the construction of double first clas universities,deepening the reform of education,and modernizing the governance capabilities of universities.It is the fundamental guarantee for universities to cultivate talents and run socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.However,an analysis made of the current status of the role played by grassroots Party organizations in universities in teaching and educating people,governance capabilities,and academic affairs management revealed certain problems such as poor connection between teacher and student Party branches,decoupling of Party building from talent cultivation,and imperfect Party building guarantee mechanisms.Facing the diminishing role of grassroots Party building,it is necessary to actively explore the reform path of Party building in the new era.
