摘要
目的探讨显微镜下睫毛毛囊楔形切除术对老年倒睫的疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2019年5月于本院接受治疗的老年倒睫患者69例,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=39)。观察组采用显微镜下睫毛毛囊楔形切除术治疗,对照组采用电解倒睫治疗。比较两组术后1周、1个月、3个月治疗有效率及术后1周、3个月满意度。结果术后1周,两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义;术后1、3个月,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周,两组满意度比较差异无统计学意义;术后3个月,观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下睫毛毛囊楔形切除术能完全切除异常睫毛毛囊,疗效显著,并可提高患者满意度,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To investigate the effect of wedge resection of eyelash hair follicles on trichiasis in senile patients.Methods 69 elderly trichiasis patients who received treatment in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=39).The observation group was treated with wedge resection of eyelash hair follicle under microscope,and the control group was treated with electrolysis trichiasis.The effective rates at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after treatment and the satisfaction at 1 week and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results 1 week after operation,there was no significant difference in total effective rate of treatment between the two groups.1 and 3 months after operation,the total effective rate of treatment of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).1 week after operation,there was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups.3 months after operation,the satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microscopic wedge resection of eyelash follicles can completely remove abnormal eyelash follicles,and the effect is significant,and can improve the satisfaction of patients,worthy of clinical application.
