摘要
进口大豆杂质高,储藏过程中极易发热,长期储存难度大,且大豆不耐高温,过高的温度会引起大豆储藏稳定性的降低和质量的快速劣变。浅圆仓储存进口大豆,因粮层厚、通风死角多,机械通风期间热量聚集严重,高温易引起大豆质量劣变,从而影响储粮安全,因此浅圆仓大豆储存中通风方式的合理选用至关重要。本文选择了仓顶负压通风、仓顶负压通风和内环流通风相结合两种通风方式进行对比,为探索更加合理、高效的浅圆仓通风方式提供参考。
Imported soybean has high impurities,which makes it easy to get hot during storage and difficult to store for a long time.Moreover,soybean is not resistant to high temperature,and excessively high temperature will lead to the decrease of storage stability and rapid deterioration of soybean quality.In shallow circular storage of imported soybeans,due to thick grain layer,many dead corners of ventilation,serious heat accumulation during mechanical ventilation,high temperature is easy to cause deterioration of soybean quality,thus affecting grain storage safety.Therefore,reasonable selection of ventilation mode is very important.The top negative pressure ventilation,the top negative pressure ventilation and the combination of internal circulation ventilation are compared in our warehouse,which provides a reference for exploring a more reasonable and efficient shallow circular warehouse ventilation.
