隔离病房气流组织分析与优化——以武汉某新冠隔离病房为例

摘要 隔离病房气流组织设计对防止病房内空气传播病毒的交叉感染、保护医护人员有着很大的意义。针对冬季新冠病毒爆发初期武汉某传染病医院隔离病房的气流组织设计进行优化,提出多个改进方案,并对流场、温度场与排污效率等进行比较分析,从而遴选出最优的气流组织方案。结果表明,采用中部狭缝斜向下30°送风,且排风口位于靠床一侧的墙上,能在保证符合要求的人员舒适度的前提下,形成较好的定向气流组织,获得最佳的排污效率3.1。 The design of air distribution in isolation wards is of great significance to prevent cross infection of airborne virus and protect medical staffs.This study has optimized the design of air distribution in an isolation ward of an infectious disease hospital in Wuhan during the early stage of the outbreak of COVID-19 in winter,put forward several improvement schemes,and compared their flow field,temperature field,and discharge efficiency,so as to select the best air distribution scheme.It shows that if the air is supplied through the middle slit inclined downward 30°,and the exhaust outlet is located on the wall near the bed,a better directional airflow pattern can be formed on the premise of ensuring the required personnel comfort,and the best discharge efficiency of 3.1 can be obtained.
