一种新型土壤源热泵地盘管结构热工性能数值模拟研究

摘要 作为一种建筑能源系统,土壤源热泵高效运行的基础在于地盘管系统的高效换热,而提高地埋管换热器效率是改善土壤源热泵技术的关键问题。首先通过理论研究土壤源热泵地埋管结构形式对换热效率影响规律,提出一种新型"井字形"地埋管系统结构形式,在减少对埋管土壤周围水环境,热环境影响的条件下,改善并强化地埋管换热效率,进而提高土壤源热泵的工作效率。研究表明当采用该新型结构地盘管时,盘管内水流在0.3 m/s~1.5 m/s范围时,换热效率逐步提升,当高于1.5 m/s时换热效率提升不明显。同时采用"#字形"结构形式时,盘管换热效率高于单管系统10%左右。 As a kind of building energy system,the efficient operation of ground source heat pump is based on the efficient heat exchange of ground pipe system,and improving the efficiency of ground heat exchanger is the key to improve the technology of ground source heat pump.In this paper,through the theoretical study of the influence of the ground pipe structure on the heat transfer efficiency of ground source heat pump,a new type of"#shaped"ground pipe system structure is proposed.Under the condition of reducing the influence on the water environment and thermal environment around the ground pipe,the heat transfer efficiency of ground source heat pump is improved and strengthened,so as to improve the work efficiency of ground source heat pump.The results show that when the new structure is adopted,the heat transfer efficiency increases gradually when the water flow in the coil is in the range of 0.3 m/s-1.5 m/s,and it is not obvious when it is higher than 1.5 m/s.At the same time,the heat transfer efficiency of the coil is about 10%higher than that of the single tube system when the"#shaped"structure is adopted.
