摘要
以某化工企业废水处理站为例,通过对该企业各生产装置原辅材料、产品方案、工艺流程和废水处理工艺的分析,对该企业废水处理污泥的危险特性初检和初筛,确定污泥危险特性检测因子;经检测后判定该企业废水处理站污泥不具有危险特性,为同类型化工企业废水处理污泥鉴别提供思路和参考,同时对此类污泥危险特性鉴别重点关注要素提出建议。
Take the wastewater treatment station of a chemical enterprise as an example,Through the analysis of the raw and auxiliary materials,product plan,technological process and wastewater treatment technology of each production unit of the enterprise,preliminary inspection and screening of the hazardous characteristics of sludge were carried out to determine the detection factors.After testing,it was determined that the sludge did not have hazardous characteristics.It can provide references for the identification of sludge in similar chemical enterprises.Meanwhile the key factors in the identification of hazardous characteristics of such sludge were suggested.
