摘要
目的:评价PBL教学法应用于老年前列腺增生患者的效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月良性前列腺增生患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规宣传教育方式;试验组在常规宣传教育基础上加用以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法。比较两组患者生活质量量表(BPHQLS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)及国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分。结果:试验组干预后GSES评分高于对照组,BPHQLS及IPSS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于传统的宣传教育,PBL教学法可以帮助良性前列腺增生患者提高自我保健意识,加强自我管理能力,减轻临床上泌尿系统症状,取得较好的临床效果。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of PBL teaching method in elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,90 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 patients in each group.The control group adopted conventional propaganda and education.In the experimental group,the teaching method of problem-based learning(PBL)was added to the conventional propaganda education.Quality of life scale(BPHQLS),general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and international prostate symptoms(IPSS)scores were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,GSES score of the experimental group was higher than the control group,while BPHQLS score and IPSS score of the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional propaganda and education,PBL teaching method can help patients with benign prostate hyperplasia to improve their awareness of self-care,strengthen their ability of self-management,reduce clinical symptoms of urinary system,and achieve better clinical effects.
