摘要
针对传统酒店管理与服务质量易受服务人员影响,入住、退房办理流程烦琐的问题,研发基于物联网与人工智能技术结合的智慧酒店管理系统,通过人脸与指纹识别顾客身份,利用物联网技术实现对门禁和酒店设备集中控制和管理,实现入住到退房全过程无人服务。测试结果表明,系统具有低功耗、高效率、高稳定性、智慧化特点,便于维护和管理。有效降低运营成本,提升服务质量。
Traditional hotel management and service quality are easily affected by service personnel,and check-in and checkout procedures are complex.In view of the existing problems,an smart hotel management system based on the combination of internet of things and artificial intelligence technology is developed.Identify customers’identity through face and fingerprint,use internet of things technology to realize centralized control and management of access control and hotel equipment,and realize unmanned service in the whole process from check-in to check-out.The test results show that the system has the features of low power consumption,high efficiency,high stability and intelligence,and is easy to maintain and management.Effectively reduce operating costs and improve service quality.
