摘要
总结一款棉与Clima纤维混纺双层菱形提花织物的生产技术。介绍了产品设计思路和织物规格;整经工序保证纱线卷绕均匀;浆纱工序优化浆纱工艺,保证浆纱质量;合理穿综穿筘,保证织物花纹效果;优选织机工艺参数,保证了产品的顺利生产。最终生产的织物布面菱形效果较好,达到了预期设计目标。认为:开发的产品充分发挥了棉和Clima纤维的优势,进一步提升了产品档次。
Production technology of cotton and Clima fiber blended double-layer diamond jacquard fabric was summarized.Product design idea and fabric specification were introduced.Yarn was evenly wound in warping process.Sizing technology was optimized in sizing process to ensure sizing quality.Effect of fabric pattern was ensured by rational drafting and reeding.Loom parameters were optimized to ensure successful production.Finally diamond pattern effect of the fabric surface produced was better,which reached the expected design goal.It is considered that the developed products give full play to the advantages of cotton and Clima fiber,product grade is improved further.
