摘要
为了改善TiO_(2)的分散性,提高与棉纤维结合牢度,通过三步亲核取代反应制备了自分散反应性TiO_(2)。利用浸染法将自分散反应性TiO_(2)负载到棉织物上。测试了自分散反应性TiO_(2)的分散及储存稳定性,分析了棉织物的晶相、形貌、化学元素和可吸收光。结果表明:自分散反应性TiO_(2)具有优异的分散性,Zeta电位-35 mV,储存1个月后仍然保持良好的分散效果。负载自分散反应性TiO_(2)的棉织物对紫外线具有较强的吸收作用,随着自分散反应性TiO_(2)整理量的增加,棉织物的防紫外线和自清洁性能提高,0.3 g自分散反应性TiO_(2)对棉织物的整理效果更好。认为:所制备的自分散反应性TiO_(2)能够满足对棉织物的整理要求,所整理的棉织物具有更好的防紫外线和自清洁性能。
In order to improve the TiO_(2)dispersibility and enhance binding fastness of TiO_(2)with cotton fiber,self-dispersive reactive TiO_(2)was prepared by three-step nucleophilic substitution reaction.Self-dispersive reactive TiO_(2)was loaded onto cotton fabric by dip dyeing method.The dispersion and storage stability of self-dispersive reactive TiO_(2)were tested.The crystal phase,morphology,chemical element and absorbable light of cotton fabric were analyzed.The results showed that dispersibility of the self-dispersive reactive TiO_(2)was excellent,Zeta potential-35 mV,and maintained better dispersibility after 1 month storage.Cotton fabric loaded self-dispersive reactive TiO_(2)had a strong absorption to ultraviolet light.With the increase of self-dispersive reactive TiO_(2)finishing,the antiultraviolet and self-cleaning property of cotton fabric were improved,the finishing effect of 0.3 g self-dispersive reactive TiO_(2)on cotton fabric was better.It is considered that the prepared self-dispersive reactive TiO_(2)can meet the finishing requirements of cotton fabric,the finished cotton fabric have better UV protection property and self-cleaning property.
