摘要
目的评价脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者护理工作中应用偏瘫肢体康复训练护理的方案与护理效果,为脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者康复护理工作提供参考。方法选择医院2019年4月—2020年4月收治的脑梗死恢复期肢体偏瘫患者(n=104),结合护理方法进行随机分组(对照组与观察组),对照组52例患者采取常规护理,观察组52例患者配合偏瘫肢体康复训练护理。比较两组脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者的护理效果,包括康复效果与生活质量状况。结果组间康复效果比较,观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。组间躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活等生活质量指标评分比较,观察组患者指标评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论脑梗死患者救治成功后肢体偏瘫后遗症情况明显,常规护理的同时辅助偏瘫肢体康复训练护理可以进一步促进脑梗死患者肢体康复、提高生活质量,康复效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the scheme and effect of hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training in the nursing work of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction,and to provide reference for the rehabilitation nursing work of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,patients with hemiplegia in the recovery period of cerebral infarction(n=104)were randomly divided into two groups(the control group and the observation group).52 patients in the control group were received routine nursing and 52 patients in the observation group were cooperated with hemiplegia limb rehabilitation training nursing.To compare the nursed effect of two groups of hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction,including rehabilitation effect and quality of life.Results Comparing the rehabilitation effect between the groups,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Comparing the scores of quality of life indicators such as physical function,mental function,social function,and material life between the groups,the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The sequelae of hemiplegia is obvious after the successful treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Routine nursing combined with hemiplegia limb rehabilitation training nursing can further promote the limb rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction,and the rehabilitation effect is significant.
