摘要
目的分析经皮微创接骨板(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,MIPPO)技术、专家级髓内钉(expert tibial intramedullary nail,ETN)两种内固定手术对AO分型43-A型胫骨骨折的治疗效果。方法选取本院2019年12月—2020年11月收治的76例AO分型43-A型胫骨骨折患者进行研究,以随机数字表法分组,各38例。A组应用MIPPO技术治疗,B组应用ETN技术,对两组相关指标进行对比分析。结果A组手术时间较B组短(P<0.05);两组骨折临床愈合时间、踝关节美国足踝外科协会(American association of ankle surgery,AOFAS)评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症总发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论AO分型43-A型胫骨骨折采取MIPPO及ETN内固定治疗,ETN手术时间略长,两种内固定方式各具优势,临床医师可根据患者需求选择合适的内固定方式。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of AO type 43-A tibial fractures by two kinds of internal fixation with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)technique and expert tibial intramedullary nail(ETN).Methods A total of 76 patients with AO type 43-A tibial fractures who were admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected for the study.They were divided into groups by random number table,with 38 cases in each group.Group A was treated with MIPPO technique,and group B was treated with ETN technique,and the related indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time of group A was shorter than that of group B(P<0.05);there was no statistical significant difference between the two groups in clinical fracture healing time and ankle joint American association of ankle surgery(AOFAS)scores(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion AO type 43-A tibial fractures are treated with MIPPO and ETN internal fixation.The ETN operation time is slightly longer.Both internal fixation methods have their own advantages.Clinicians can choose the appropriate internal fixation method according to the patient’s needs.
