摘要
有限元分析是利用数学近似的方法模拟真实物理习题,可以对高难度问题得到高精度的计算结果,在机械设计领域得到了广泛应用。本文对有限元分析方法在机械设计中的应用进行分析,针对有限元分析应用的关键影响因素提出相应的解决对策,着重介绍如何做好容差设置、量纲选择、单元选择和网格密度设置等关键工作,以更好的发挥有限元分析的优势和作用。
Finite element analysis is a mathematical approximation solution in simulate real physical cases,which can obtain high precision calculation results for high diffi culty problems and has been widely used in mechanical design fi eld.This paper analyzes the application of fi nite element analysis method in mechanical design,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the key infl uencing factors of fi nite element analysis application.It mainly introduces how to do well in key works such as tolerance setting,dimension selection,element selection and grid density setting,so as to give full play to the advantages and functions of fi nite element analysis.
