摘要
目的:探究免疫球蛋白联合抗癫痫药物治疗难治性癫痫(IE)临床效果。方法:选取2018年8月至2020年8月临沂市莒南县人民医院收治的IE患者148例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组74例。治疗时,对照组选择抗癫痫药物,观察组在其基础上加免疫球蛋白,比较治疗的效果。结果:总有效率比较,观察组较对照组高,经治疗后,2组IgA、IgG水平明显升高,且观察组较对照组高,而治疗前后IgM水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,组间T淋巴细胞亚群的水平比较,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的各项睡眠指标与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间发生不良反应的概率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IE治疗时选择联合抗癫痫药物、免疫球蛋白,疗效显著,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of immunoglobulin combined with antiepileptic drugs in the treatment of intractable epilepsy(IE).Methods:A total of 148 patients with IE treated in Junan County People′s Hospital of Linyi City from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 74 cases in each group.During treatment,antiepileptic drugs were selected in the control group,and immunoglobulin was added in the observation group to compare the effect of treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the levels of IgA and IgG in the two groups were significantly higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference in the level of IgM before and after treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total scores of sleep indexes and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the probability of adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of antiepileptic drugs and immunoglobulin is effective and worthy of application in the treatment of IE.
