摘要
随着信息的激增和用户需求的日益增长,图书馆联盟进入缓慢发展期,数字资源费用与有限的图书馆经费之间的矛盾成为图书馆发展的新瓶颈。区块链具有不可篡改、透明可信等特点,利用区块链的联盟链技术构建图书馆联盟资源共享模型,以解决图书馆联盟间的资源共享、经费不足及组织管理等问题。
With the information surge and increasing user demand, library alliance has entered a slow development period, and the contradiction between digital resource cost and limited library funds has become a new bottleneck of library development. The block chain has the characteristics of imtamable, transparent and credible, et al, and the block chain alliance chain technology is used to build the library alliance resource sharing model. This model mainly solves the problems of resource sharing, funds and organization management among library alliances.
