摘要
为防止交叉感染以及保证借阅者和管理员的安全,图书馆对所还书籍均需进行消毒处理。目前,图书馆常采用图书管理员将书籍放置到图书消毒柜中的工作方式,该工作简单、重复但极易感染病毒。为提高效率、降低图书管理员感染风险,本系统采用编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)和射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术,选用西门子S7-1200PLC作为控制核心,通过RFID阅读器识读图书的电子标签,PLC控制实现分拣控制、分类存放和消毒处理等工作。
In order to prevent cross infection and ensure the safety of borrowers and administrators, libraries need to disinfect all returned books. At present, libraries often use the way that librarians place books in the book disinfection cabinet. This work is simple and repetitive, but it is very easy to be infected with viruses. In order to improve efficiency and reduce the infection risk of librarians, the system adopts programmable logic controller(PLC) and radio frequency identification(RFID) technology, selects Siemens s7-1200 plc as the control core, reads the electronic label of books through RFID reader, and realizes sorting control through PLC control Classified storage and disinfection.
