摘要
目的探讨分析二甲双胍联合饮食控制、运动疗法治疗BMI偏高的社区老年糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月—2019年3月安徽省滁州市琅琊区扬子街道社区卫生服务中心随诊的BMI偏高的社区糖尿病患者76例,将患者随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38),对照组单纯采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合饮食控制、运动疗法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)水平、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平、体质指数(BMI)水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率比对照组低,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BMI偏高的社区糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍联合饮食控制、运动疗法治疗,能够有效降低患者的血糖水平、体质指数水平,患者的不良反应发生率低,临床治疗效果显著,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with diet control exercise therapy in the treatment of community diabetes with high BMI.Methods:Selected 76 cases of community diabetes patients with high BMI from February 2018 to March 2019,the patients were randomly divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38),control group simply used metformin treatment,observation group used metformin combined diet control exercise therapy treatment,comparing the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results:The fasting blood glucose(FPG)level,2h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)level,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)level,and body mass index(BMI)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group was The total effective rate of the treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the community diabetic patients with high BMI,the use of metformin combined with diet control exercise therapy can effectively reduce the patient's blood glucose level and body mass index level,the incidence of adverse reactions in patients is low,and the clinical treatment effect is significant.High promotion value.
