摘要
本文在分析勃利县打造特色支柱产业方面存在的优势和面临的瓶颈基础上,结合勃利县发展实际,提出以下五个举措:要通过立足特色资源优势,找准经济产业定位;延伸和拓展产业链,推动产业集聚发展;培育壮大县域品牌,提高产出品知名度;加大招商招才力度,强化资金人才支持;精准制定支持政策,营造良好营商环境,从而打造勃利县特色支柱产业。
Based on the analysis of the advantages and bottlenecks faced by Boli County in building characteristic pillar industries,this paper proposes the following fi ve measures based on the actual development of Boli County:we should fi nd the correct positioning of economic industry by basing on the advantages of characteristic resources;extend and expand the industrial chain and promote the development of industrial agglomeration;cultivate and expand county brands and improve the popularity of products;strengthen investment attraction and talent recruitment,and strengthen fi nancial and talent support;accurately formulate supporting policies and create a good business environment,so as to create a characteristic pillar industry in Boli County.
